The proposals are conceived as an innovative and sustainable office building of the highest quality, aimed at the evolving needs and aspirations of City occupiers. The scheme also includes innovative strategies for extensive green landscaping in line with existing City policy and improvements to spatial relationships between existing and proposed buildings in and around the site including between CityPoint and its plaza, while enhancing pedestrian movements around the site.

Numerous constraints include planning policy and regulatory requirements, along with detailed analysis of neighbouring buildings and their relationship have informed the parameters of the building envelope, massing, and organisation.

The building is conceived as an assembly of architectural volumes that individually allow for the scheme to respond to the particularities of the local context while creating a cohesive composition that expresses the ethos of the Proposed Development.
