Westminster Boating Base

Concept proposals to redevelop an important site along the River Thames in Pimlico, Westminster set out to provide a new home for the Westminster Boating Base along with new affordable and market residential towers.

The proposals aimed to provide distinct volumes in response to the elements of the brief and in response to the dual contexts of the site. In addition, the scheme proposes an urban greening strategy that builds upon the abundant green space within the vicinity of the site.
