The proposals aim to meet the evolving needs of City occupiers through the provision of high quality, flexible and sustainable office space and improve the spatial relationships between existing and proposed buildings in and around the site including between CityPoint and its plaza, while enhancing pedestrian movements around the site.
Numerous constraints including planning policy and regulatory requirements, along with detailed analysis of neighbouring buildings and their relationship have informed the parameters of the building envelope, massing, and organisation.
